My day

I have had QUITE a day!!

Incident #1
This actually happened yesterday but it effects today. Apparently a large truck drove down my street and somehow snagged the cable wire that runs to my house and thus pulled it from the house leaving it dangling in the driveway.
My sweet roommate Kristin spent a TON of time on the phone with AT&T trying to explain the issue to someone in India and now we have a window of time 4 - 8 PM tonight (Friday night) that we have to be home. Lovely.

Incident #2
I am dog-sitting this dog that is really sweet and has long curly hair. This morning she was doing great.... I went for a run, and when I came back she was acting really funny. She kept shaking and acting like she had to go to the bathroom but couldn't. I thought she was really sick or constipated so I called my sister (who is a vet) and she had me do all of these tests on her to see what was wrong. So... about 15 minutes later my sister says, "You better check her butt hole to make sure it isn't blocked." I said, oh great. So I lifted up her tail and there was NO butt hole. Only a big turd the size of my fist stuck there with hair that had grown over it. The poor dog was blocked. So I had to get rubber gloves, scissors, soap and water and clean out her butt. DISGUSTING!!

Incident #3
Somehow I have successfully locked myself out of the office and my car so I had time to write this post.

Good grief!!
